Accessibility criteria

The pages meet the Accessiweb accessibility criteria set out in its version 2.1.

Graphic elements

Each graphic element has a text alternative. Graphic elements for decorative purposes have a zero-text alternative. Wherever possible, images containing text have been replaced by stylised text.

Frames

No frames are used on the website. Wherever an iframe has been used, it will be accompanied by a title specifying the information it contains.

Colours

No information is given by the colour alone. There is an AA contrast level between the background colours and texts. Tests have been performed using Contrast Analyser software.

Multimedia

The videos do not have text transcripts or synchronised subtitles.

Links

The titles of links are explicit and understandable outside the context of the web page, particularly thanks to the comments contained in the "title" attribute where relevant (opening a link in a new window, for example).

Consultation

The user can halt the scrolling elements on the home page. No automatic page refreshment mechanism is configured on the Fil Bleu website. The user is warned when new windows are opened through the title attribute of the link tag. While downloading, the following terms will appear: format and weight. Some documents are available for download in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Download Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website if you do not have this software. The pdf files do not have accessible alternatives.

Tables

The data tables contain properly structured header cells, a title and a relevant summary. Formatting tables can be linearised without negatively affecting the data.

Scripts

All the information and functionalities of a page are available without JavaScript.

Compulsory elements

The XHTML code conforms to the XHTML 1.0 Specification. Each page has a page title and the necessary language attributes.

Structuring information

The pages are structured using the headings <h1>...<h6>, which are used correctly. Lists are built from ul and ol elements.

Presenting information

The layout of the website is based exclusively on CSS styles. To separate form from content, style sheets are mostly external. The CSS code complies with the CSS2 specification. It is tested using the W3C CSS validator;

Forms

All form elements of the same nature are labelled and grouped in fieldsets. The user can access the input control with or without JavaScript.

Navigation

The main internal navigation menu on the Fil Bleu website will always appear in the same place whatever the page displayed. Avoidance links at the top of the page allow direct access to the main menu or content. The user can also navigate the website via the website map and breadcrumb trail, allowing them to find information easily.
