- Renew your monthly subscription or buy a ticket;
- Download your monthly documents;
- Declare a card lost/stolen and order a replacement online;
- Manage your direct debit subscription online:
- Change your contact details;
- Suspend/cancel your subscription;
- Settle an outstanding payment;
- Contact the Fil Eclair service team.
- Manage your traveller profile:
- Select your favourite lines/stops;
- Set up your SMS/email alerts and configure your network news notification settings.
