Transport Card

WHEN DOES MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION START?

A monthly subscription is valid on the Fil Bleu bus + tram network from the first to the last day of the calendar month, whatever the purchase date

FROM WHAT AGE MUST A CHILD HAVE A TICKET?

Children under 5 travel free. They must have a ticket from the day of their 5th birthday.

WHAT IF MY TRANSPORT CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Report the loss/theft as soon as possible:

  • by telephoneat +33(0)2.47.66.70.70
  • at our sales office (9 rue Michelet, 37000, Tours)
  • in your PersonalArea on the website.

Your card will be "blacklisted", which means nobody will be able to use it, including you if you find it. 

A €10 replacement fee will be requested, reduced to €5 for people with direct debit or Liberté. 

WHEN AND HOW CAN I SUSPEND OR CANCEL DIRECT DEBIT OF MY SUBSCRIPTION ?

You can suspend or cancel your subscription until the 24th of the month for the following month. To do so, just have your transport card handy and:

  • Make your request in your Personal Area;
  • Call customer service at +33(0)2.47.66.70.70 (an employee will perform the operation);
  • E-mail your request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.;
  • Go to the Fil Bleu sales office - 9, rue Michelet, Tours.

MUST I SYSTEMATICALLY VALIDATE MY CONTACTLESS CARD OR TICKET EVERY TIME I BOARD A BUS OR TRAM?

Yes, even if you’re just travelling one stop.
