Subscription valid from the 1st to the last day of the month, exclusively for AAH (Allocation Adulte Handicapé [Adult Disability Allowance]) beneficiaries living in one of the municipalities serviced by the Fil Bleu network.

AAH Pass

  • Unlimited access to the entire bus + tram network from the first to the last day of the month;
  • 1, 3 or 6 month subscriptions available;
  • Must be renewed annually
  • Subscription loaded onto a contactless card (€2 processing fee);
  • Tap in with your contactless card each time you board a tram or bus;

Through the website E-Shop:

  • Fill in the subscription form in the relevant section of your personal space
  • Prepare the documents you need to submit:
    • Your original identity document;
    • Your CAF monthly payment notice
    • Proof of residence less than 3 months old (rent receipt, electricity, water, telephone bill, etc.) 
    • No need for a photo: your photo is taken on a webcam;
    • Enclose your bank details;

You will receive your Fil Bleu card within 10 days by post

 

At a Fil bleu kiosk :

  • Fill in and print out the card application form 
  • Prepare the documents you need to submit:
    • Your original identity document;
    • Your CAF monthly payment notice
    • Proof of residence less than 3 months old (rent receipt, electricity, water, telephone bill, etc.) 
    • No need for a photo: your photo is taken on a webcam;
    • Enclose your bank details;

Leave the sales office with your Fil bleu card in your pocket

  • By direct debit through the Fil Eclair payment system:
    • Total flexibility: you can suspend your subscription at any time before the 25th of the previous month on +33 (0)2 47 66 70 70 or by email fileclair@filbleu.fr
    • Save time: No need to travel to our agency or our points of sale
    • Delayed payment: You only pay on the 10th of the month
