Subscription valid from 1 January to 31 December exclusively for people living in one of the municipalities serviced by the Fil Bleu network* and holding a Mobilité Inclusion card (whose disability rate must be greater than or equal to 66% for disability following an occupational illness or accident at work, or greater than or equal to 80% for civil disability, or greater than or equal to 75% for war disability).

 

  • Unlimited access to the entire bus + tram network from 1st January to 31st December;
  • Must be renewed annually. €10 annual processing fee;
  • Subscription loaded onto a contactless card (€2 processing fee);
  • Possibility of a second card for your companion ;
  • Tap in with your contactless card each time you board a tram or bus;

How to subscribe

By post

  • Fill in and print out the card application form;
  • Enclose these documents with your application:
    • A copy of your ID card or passport;
    • A recent, original and colour passport-style photo;
    • A copy of your disability card:
      • Disability rate >80%: Mobility Inclusion Card ("Disability" clearly indicated);
      • Disability rate >66%: Proof of disability due to an occupational illness or accident;
      • Disability rate >75%: Proof of war-related disability.
    • Proof of residence less than 3 months old (rent receipt, electricity, water or telephone bill, etc.)
    • A €10 cheque for the application fee.
  • If you are accompanied while travelling by bus or tram :
    • A copy of your Mobility Inclusion Card ("Disability" and "In need of accompaniment" clearly indicated)
    • A €10 cheque for the application fee.

You will receive your Fil Bleu card by post within 15 days.

At Fil Bleu sales office - 9 rue Michelet, Tours

  • Fill in and print out the card application form;
