When and how do I suspend or cancel my direct debit subscription ?

You can suspend or cancel your subscription for the following month until the 24th of the current month.
All you need to do is have your transport card at hand and:

  • File your request in your account 
  • Please call our customer service team on +33 (0)2 47 66 70 70 with your transport card at hand. (Your card will be suspended directly by one of our staff members) 
  • Or send your request by email to Fileclair(at)filbleu.fr
