How to subscribe

Online when creating your card

  • Create your account on the website filbleu.fr ;
  • Fill in the subscription form in the "create my card" section of the website ;
  • Upload the required docuements  :
    • A copy of your ID card or passport ;
    • A colour passport photo ;
  • Fill in and sign the direct debit madate online ;
  • Choose yout preferred delivery method.

By post

  • Complete the Liberté form and the direct debit autorisation : download the form online ;
  • I attach to my file :
    • A copy of your passport ID ;
    • A recent and original passport photo.
    • Attach your Bank Account Details ;
    • The €2 card creation fee is free.
  • I send the file to : Fil Bleu, Service Client, Avenue de Florence, 37705 Saint Pierre des Corps

I receive my Fil Bleu card within 15 days by post.
